ARCS is providing EVO users with the opportunity to improve the reliability of their EVO performance through testing and assistance in customising settings on their computer.
In these sessions, they will test a variety of aspects of EVO, including: Video, Audio, Desktop Sharing and other functionality. The tests are designed also to assist users to better understand the use of EVO and how it can be customised. Where testing identifies a problem that can't be fixed immediately, they will arrange a separate and personal session to determine what can be done to resolve the problem.
These sessions will also be of assistance to regular users to test their current setup and potentially improve their meeting quality further.
