As the launch of the KAREN Video Bridge draws closer, we are seeing more and more users testing each day with great success. To help ensure that we will have the KAREN Video Bridge fully functional come the launch day, we will need to upgrade to the official 7.1 version of the Bridge.
This official 7.1 software from Radvision has been out since late Dec 2009 and is being deployed on all current Elite 5230 MCUs that are being shipped now. This new version will resolve some existing minor bugs that are still present in our current version as well as complete the specifications of:
* Updating Scopia Desktop for windows client to 7.1
* Incorporating the Scopia Desktop for Mac client
* Incorporating the H.264SVC codec into the Elite 5230 MCU
* Adding the AAC-LC audio HD codec
* Resolving remaining LifeSize endpoint issues connecting to the Elite MCU
* Adding HD web streaming
* Adding lecture mode option
* Controlling meeting via iPhone and Blackberry Scopia application
We will be planning to upgrade to 7.1 release at 6pm Monday 15th February.
