KAREN Video Bridge - Connection Details

Dialing the KAREN Video Bridge

Navigating the KAREN Video Bridge Menu

Step 1 Once connected to the bridge you will need to enable DTMF mode, this is done by pressing the # key or * key on your remote. Now that DTMF is enabled you may follow the on screen and voice prompts using your remote. For instance pressing 0 will take you to the conference management screen. Alternatively you may use the shortcut number represented by the blue number on the left of the screen. NB: You may have to scroll through multiple pages on the nagivation menu to find your meeting. To do this press the # key to go to the next page, and * key to go to the previous page.

Step 2 The meeting management screen will allow you to either enter the ID of an existing meeting, or a Unique ID of a non existant meeting you wish to create. * will undo any changes on this screen, while # will submit the information and join you to to the meeting.

Using your Remote Control to Select a Meeting

To select a meeting with your remote, simply press the number on the keypad which corresponds to the number in the blue square next to the meeting you want to join.

On certain remotes, you will need to enter DTMF or Touchtone mode in order work. In order to do this, consult your user manual. A common way to enable this mode is to press #.
